The current impacts of the global pandemic on how we live our lives is very unusual for most of us, and has created a great deal of uncertainty and worry. Feeling anxious or confused is a normal response to uncertainty, and to help manage these feelings there are some simple things you can do to look after your wellbeing during this time.
